The 2019 Compensation and Benefits Survey Now Open for Participation
As the unemployment rate continues to hover at over half century lows, finding talent and retaining that talent has become more and more difficult. For some time, wages were remaining stagnant. We are starting to see some uptick in wages and attraction of employees is becoming a more challenging task for independent grocers across the nation.
We have enclosed a salary survey to capture wages and bonus structures both by store size and region. Please take a moment to fill out the questionnaire as it will be a valuable tool for independent grocers to attract and retain talent. Participants will receive a copy of the study at no charge. Unlike other surveys, this survey will only be available for purchase at non-discounted rates for non-participants.
